In the year 2035, after a series of technological advances, mankind was in for a surprise when one of their most advanced experiments went haywire. In their most advanced facility localized in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, one bored Dr. Albine was developping his new RPG campaign to play with his grandson during the next vacation when the sirens went crazy. It was the signal that something new was detected by the artificial intelligence he developped , and Albine was excited to find out what it was. However that excitement soon faded when something reminescent of a energy pulse went off and everything went blank.This event was soon to be dubbed the "Awakening".  The outcomes of the "Awakening" where unexpected to say the least. The facility disappeared like it never existed and the scientifc community went crazy about the loss of the greatest minds as well of the worlds most advanced A.I. .But other than that the world stayed the same for the next two months, until everyone over the age of 18 got suddenly surprised by the famous blue boxes of the popular novels. It was the signal of the start of a new age, the age of Albine.  The system that named itself after its deceased creator, said that the accident in the amazonian research facility would bring changes and great amount of danger. It also said that it planned to help mankind but that it would take some time and that humans should prepare and adapt, unless they wished to go extinct. Suffice to say that no one in power took it seriously and thought it all to be some convuluted plan of their oposition, a decision that everyone would pay for.  In the following months weird things started to happen. Creatures that seemed to come straight out of fantasy books started appearing and causing chaos all over the world, and some smaller communities got wiped out. Governments tried their best to prevent chaos and keep any semblance of order in their countries but they were losing ground against the monsters, that was until the system made itself known again and said in the same blue boxes of before : Initialization complete. Albine system activated Those words represented the start of the comeback of humanity. First time writer here. English is not my mother tongue so some typos and other grammar mistakes are expected.
