The Kingdom of Albus has been annexed by the Emperor of Akkroa. After centuries of peace, the once friendly kingdom has found itself just another territory within the empire. All is not as it seems though, as war brews among the other races of Mundus; prompting the Droug to swallow their pride and send an emissary to gain the support of the great empire of man.  In the furthest western reaches of Albus, John and his family find themselves faced with a life changing dilemma with the arrival of Legionaries from the empire, seeking recruits to bolster their ranks.  Follow John, and several characters as they travers the world of Mundus in this military high fantasy epic.
