Set in a near-future state of Virginia (2024), Daniel Duong, a college senior, who is also a secret Agent for an unorthodox law enforcement agency, is tasked to investigate a group of students that intends on removing their college administration, by any means necessary, including violence. Sworn to keep to his job a secret, the lines between truth and lies will become one.
