Kathar is a world dominated by dragons. The human race has been enslaved for generations, and culled to the point of extinction. Men are not permitted to own weapons, or practice magic under the Dragon Emperors Edicts, and hope of rebellion has long since faded from the hearts of men. This all begins to change when Allastr accidentally discovers that long before the Age of Dragons; there was a Golden Age of Men. A time when dragons served mankind, and humans had no masters. While this truth alone puts him in grave peril, he soon discovers something much more dangerous; the location of a weapon that can kill the Dragons themselves; The Alamacia.
