The world has been taken over by a powerful dystopian government, and the only existing rebel group has been almost entirely crushed. But they have one last trick up their sleeves: they stole the designs for a time machine from one of the government's researchers. They select one man to send back in time to stop the dystopia before it is created and save the world.
