Everly Thyme is bored, living a mundane life in a mundane world. Until a mysterious invitation arrives one day, taking her into a world she never could have imagined existed. Before she can stop to think she's fighting gargoyles, living with a vampire, fighting with a ghost and talking to cats.  Nothing is as it should be and no one will give her any answers. She only has a few questions, the main one being why her and what's going on?  This isn't anything she wanted, but it's everything she needs.
