Midhir, a young man still searching for meaning in his life finds himself in the company of a foreigner, a noble of ancient lineage, and the daughter of a renowned swordsman as he starts his first year in the prestigious Solus Military Academy. What should be a time of growth and learning soon turns into a time of conflict and terror. Otherworldly threats loom over the group as they try to survive while Eldoria is faced with not only threats from within, but also from without. War brews on the horizon, only hastened by leaps in technological advancements. Midhir is forced to choose a path for himself as his humanity slowly begins to slip through his fingers as he learns more about the past hidden behind a veil.
