Sage was created, and dropped into trials, if he wishes answers he much Ascend, if he wishes the emptiness in his stomach to go away he must ascend. If he want's answers he must Ascend. The trials will be Myriad, and the rewards unknown, which path is correct? Is their a correct path?  Writing for fun, had a few ideas bouncing around my head now for a while figured I'd put them on paper and see if I can participate in the Writathon. Really enjoy the trope of exploring a new world and making discoveries in parallels with the main character and wanted to try doing a spin on Isekai trope by having the character be created but with only a small base of fundamental knowledge and not a whole world of knowledge or life of experience, at least not at the beginning.
