Ethan a fifteen-year-old boy of questionable sanity is forced into a new world by a bunch of idiots. Being the only smart person there ever was, Ethan realises that very soon he will either be dead or have been sufficiently tortured by the elements of fiction.  Rule 1: If the protagonist has something good happen to him, something almost equally bad will happen to him and vice-versa.
