Before D Day, the Americans tried, and failed, to disrupt German operations behind their front lines. The plan was to send in paratroopers who would help local rebels to sabatoge the enemy plans in any way possible. This is the rather short story of a paratrooper. Of course, all this is pretty fictional. Little to no research went into this.
