Ian McClintoc, a detective from Earth, has been stranded on the fantastical world of Paragore for a year without hope of returning home.  While learning to make the best of his predciment forces move behind the scenes, setting in motion a nefarious plan. With his friends sealed away, Ian must find a way to undo a powerful curse and prevent his new enemies from seizing a powerful artifact....
