19-year-old Ebony Hartworth was not ready to be alone; to be completely independent and fight for her life with nobody by her side every day, desperate, searching for signs of sane life. In this post-apocalyptic story, Ebony finds herself in an empty world filled with a strange, thick haze. Another strange thing is that she’s paler, her left ear is missing, and her vision in the dark is outstanding!  All the creatures Ebony sees seemed to have mutated in different ways for each. Some grow, some shrink, parts of their body are abnormally larger than their other ones, their senses have also been affected, and much more. But...how? And why?  As Ebony tries to keep sane in this empty, chaotic haze world and survive, she’s also determined to unfold the mysteries of what exactly is happening...and it all starts when she finds a little girl who appears to have no mutations whatsoever.
