Devi, a Muti Oni (a mixed human with a special gift to absorb memories), knows of sinister forces that have schemed in order to perpetuate another Great War. Facing certain realities, Devi doesn't trust easily. A cursed man named Leach (who can't remember where he came from) fights his pride to help her. How will they prevent the war from happening, in order to save thousands of lives. And why does Devi see memories from Leach that he has no recollection of?
