A Beauty and the Beast story, but with reversed gender roles. Jett seeks sanctuary with a Countess who was cursed and transmogrified into a grotesque creature and forced to live as a recluse in an enchanted castle. Can she and Jett learn to love each other and break the curse on the Countess and her household? But why is her Mantis Maid against them finding happiness together and breaking the curse?  And is Ludmilla the huntress determined to have Jett for herself? Explicitly a Beauty and the Beast story, but the Beast is a lady and Beauty is a guy.  Set in Greyland, a fictitious country, in this world it is a tiny island in the middle of the North Sea.
