Hawks is assigned to recruiting a prominent vigilante by the name of Mirage. He succeeds, but discovers that Mirage is little more than a high school student with a powerful Quirk and a mother who hates heroes. In an attempt to save him from the life that he lived under the Commission's cruel hand, he recommends him to Yuuei.
